Ah yes, fear, that famous four letter word. Actually, we like a little fear as it gets people out of their comfort zone and forces them to stretch to new heights. Watching fear turn into excitement and enthusiasm defines what Corporate Rock Stars accomplishes. C’mon, be a Rock Star, your team deserves something great!
How long does Corporate Rock Stars® last? The typical program lasts 3-4 hours. We allocate about an hour to an hour and a half for song rewrites and rehearsals. Performance time for each band averages five (5) minutes. Closing award presentations take anywhere from 15-35 minutes.
Many clients choose to serve dinner or lunch while the event occurs. While it’s not mandatory, it’s always nice to see a little red wine and/or tequila available at the event.
Total group size ranges from 17-1700 people. For groups less than 17 people, we recommend Corporate Rock Stars Studio which takes smaller teams into the studio to rewrite a classic song and record it with the Groove Labs Band. The average band size is 10-15 people, so a group of 100 people may have 8-10 bands.
We produce this program everywhere around the globe. Most productions occur in hotel ballrooms, live music venues, performance halls and on corporate campuses.
Fees include: 1) Program fee 2) Production fee 3) Travel/lodging fee and, 4) Optional fees such as gold record awards, t-shirts and videography.
The program fee prices at $125 per person. Production fees range from $2,000-$20,000 depending on where the program gets staged and what your requirements are. We travel with anywhere from 3 to 7 people all of whom may require airfare and accommodations.

commemorative faceplate engraving. $75/ea. Videography varies from

The Groove Labs Band members have serious credentials as do the facilitators. Band members still tour the world with name acts, play on recording sessions and maintain active artist schedules. Our facilitators have PhDs, MBAs and significant business experience with both startups and Fortune 500 firms.
Please visit our website at http://www.groovelabs.net/Client_List for a full list. To name a few we’ve worked with: Amgen, bp, Bank of America, Microsoft, Medtronic and Toshiba. We work with small firms and associations as well.
Groove Labs commenced operations in 2002 and we produced our first program that year. While we were not the first company to use music for teambuilding, we were the first to use the rock band metaphor. Because of the wild success of our program, we have spawned a slew of copycats for which we are supposed to be flattered.
We recommend that you not quit your day job.
