It was truly a great overall event, and I am still hearing about our team building. Aside from the fun, it brought us all together and that was a critical (if not the most important) objective that I needed for the teams to walk away with. My VP of HR, he came over to me and raved about the evening... he told me that even if it cost $100K to host the event it would have been worth it for what it did for the teams... so maybe you should rethink your prices! You could make a hell of a lot more!!!

We had 160 participants coming from 17 different countries with many different topics to cover and discuss in record time. As an organization, we have always understood that teambuilding program is definitely a key part of the agenda.Over the years, we have executed different and very traditional programs with this objective, but considering all economic and political aspects that are affecting most of the companies and employs in the world, this year needed to be special. The purpose of the 2009 teambuilding program was much more challenging and more important than ever. From the very beginning, Groove Labs understood the objectives, they adapted to our planning process, they covered every single aspect required (believe me, we are really complex people) and they did a great job.
The objectives were all covered (all participants worked together as regular team, they defined roles, they produced under pressure, they optimized resources, they accomplished objectives and they finally got the final product) but the most important part, people had real and unexpected lot of fun.
As a final comment, I want you to know that, after all complex presentations, changes, challenges, objectives that we covered in our meeting, every single evaluation we got and first feedback from participants after they left, was how great this part of the agenda was and that they are looking forward to living this great experience again.
